Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Yuzudoku app, published by Titouan Alasseur (“we”, “us”). By using the app, you agree to them. They complement Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies. If these terms and Apple's agreement conflict, these terms prevail to the extent permitted.

The app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Yuzudoku on Apple devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. Yuzudoku, Capy and all of the app's content (grids, illustrations, sounds, texts) remain our property.

Acorns and other virtual items

Acorns, hints, hearts, streak freezes and other items in the app are virtual items. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred to someone else, and can only be used in the app. We may adjust how they are earned, priced or used to keep the game balanced.

Your progress and virtual items are stored on your device. If you delete the app or change devices, they may be lost, as the app does not yet offer a cloud backup.

Purchases

Acorn packs and Yuzudoku Plus are sold through the App Store and paid with your Apple ID. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Except where required by law, purchases are final; refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Yuzudoku Plus

• Yuzudoku Plus is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly) or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone's Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Plus remains active until the end of the period already paid.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
• You can restore your purchases on a new device from the Plus screen, using the same Apple ID.

Ads

The free version of Yuzudoku shows ads, as described in our Privacy Policy. Rewarded ads are always optional. Yuzudoku Plus removes ads.

Fair play

Please don't try to cheat the in-app economy, tamper with the app, reverse engineer it or use it in a way that breaks the law or harms other people or the service.

Availability and changes

We work hard to make Yuzudoku enjoyable, but the app is provided “as is”. We may update, change or stop features of the app. We may also update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and we will tell you in the app about significant changes.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country.
